Hunter Macros

Hey Darrick here,

These are the latest Hunter Macros I have tested. These particular ones are all 4.1 Marksman Hunter Macros. Every one has been tested, and can be used right away.

Silencing Shot Macro

/cast [mod:shift,@focus][@mouseover,harm][harm] Silencing Shot

If your newer to using 4.1 MM Hunter Macros this may be a little to advanced, but honestly it’s very easy to use. Basically what it does is uses Silencing Shot on your selected target. If your not targeting anyone it will shoot your mouseover target, and if you hold down Shift it will hit your Focused Target.

Kill Shot Macro

/cancelaura Deterrence
/cancelaura Hand of Protection
/cast Kill Shot

It can be very annoying not being able to get Kill Shot off because you have Deterrence or HOP on. This Marksmen Hunter Macro 4.1 will get rid of both of them when you hit your Kill Shot spell. Very easy, and really reliable.

Hunter’s Mark Macro

/targetenemy
/cast Hunter’s Mark
/petfollow
/petattack

We all know how annoying Druids and Rogues can be. This will give you a edge by targeting the nearest Mob followed by a Hunter’s Mark, and your Pet attacking. Which helps by stopping both of them from using there nasty openers, of course your going to have hear them stealthing around you to know if there nearby ( Track Hidden always helps with that ). This may be a general Macro for a Hunter, but I thought I would add it to my Macros for Marksman Hunters 4.1 section. Since it’s so great.

Chimera Shot Macro

/cast !aspect of the Hawk
/cast chimera shot

It’s always nice to make sure you have Aspect of the Hawk is up when using Chimera Shot. This will cast Aspect of the Hawk when you use Chimera Shot obviously. Really great MM Hunter Macro 4.1.

Those are what I have tested so far for 4.1 Hunter Macros. I will of course keep everyone update after I test more.

Don’t worry everyone, I have been reading all my emails, and I know how tough it can be getting used to Macros. If your still having trouble making or using Macros I suggest trying out a program I have been using for quite awhile called “Lvl86 Play Like a Pro”.

They have a great Program that detects your Class, Level, and Spec then sets-up all your Keybindings and Macros for you based on what the Pros use. Just recently they also added video tutorials for your rotation.
